You need to take note of this: advertising may not be as big as a nationwide scale, but you need to announce to as many people as possible that you are about to sell a property in Singapore. You need to tell everyone and not just potential buyers. Why? Believe in the power of referrals. How Do I Make Them Choose Me? We know how much landed properties are priced. They are expensive and they take too long to pay off. If you want to sell fast, try and make connections. Connections with people from different fields. Again, referrals could really work magic for you. Then be sure you are true to your words. You do not have to be too promising. You just have to be real. Discuss everything to your potential buyers and be accommodating as well. This is what you need to understand in the business of buy and sell: people would love someone who they can talk to anytime. By anytime, sometimes that would mean even after office hours. Here is another tip, since people are busy at work from 9 to 5, this means that they can only be available for full discussion after these hours. So, what would you need to do? Be available just then! Another tip: make yourself reachable. Today, it is no longer enough that you have a mobile number or an email address. You need to have social media too! Use the Internet to your advantage and when you do, your chances of getting attention would be higher.
